Norcroft Energy Service Update

The current COVID-19 situation is on everyone’s minds, and we hope that you, your family and friends are staying safe and well.

We are continuing to follow all government and industry-body guidance, and our top priority continues to be supporting our customers, staff, our family and their families.

During this difficult time we have continued to cover essential / emergency electrical and renewable works.

As the lockdown eases we will continue to follow the latest government guidance, and we will endeavour to continue to support our customers as normally as possible. However, we may face some disruption including staff shortages due to self-isolation. We would ask you to bear with us during this time as we are adapting to these changing circumstances.

We will be taking each job on an individual basis and will discuss any concerns with you personally. Some considerations from our team:

  • We will need to ensure no one living in the property is isolating because either you have been displaying symptoms or have been diagnosed with the virus or, because you have been in touch with someone who has been diagnosed with the virus or identified by the government as high risk.
  • We would ask that you respect the Social Distancing guidelines and leave our electricians to complete their work alone.
  • Our Electricians will continue to follow good hygiene practice.
